wenxi hanyu in simplified Chinese characters is 温习汉语
and in English it means "Review Chinese."
I am working through introductory and intermediate text books I used in college. There are some contemporay text books that I am also using.
The books from college include the Written Standard Chinese Series (WSC1-WSC4, for volumes 1-4) by Huang and Stimson, which are available at Yale University Press.
More recent books to be discussed are David and Helen(dh, or d+h), and A New Text for a Modern China.
In fact 温习 is vocabulary from Chapter 31 in WSC3, pg. 6, note 32A ( WSC 31-32A).
